ReplyDeleteHaha The Onion is always great for a laugh, I remember my stepdad used to get the old paper copy mailed to the house before they put up their website, some truly genius stuff in there.
What actually bothers me about the article is the men who all though blood-letting and other such crude medical techniques worked were obviously not stupid or malevolent, just ignorant, and trying to do the best they could with what little knowledge they had.
It always makes me wonder, 100's of years from now, what future society will look down upon us for as "barbaric" or print funny articles about our silly gasoline powered cars or horribly primitive and destructive chemotherapy treatments.
